Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and qualify leads promptly.
• Conduct site tours and client proposals.
• Sell and contract wedding events and other social functions.
• Prepare contracts, BEOs, and planning documents.
• Coordinate menu tastings and event logistics.
• Maintain client records and accounts throughout planning.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to execute events.
• Attend evening and weekend events as required.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
