Superhost Hospitality in the United States is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue for weddings, galas, and social events. You will plan, coordinate with Event Operations, and develop relationships with clients from inquiry to completion.

The role emphasizes proactive sales, referrals from existing accounts, and collaboration with the Banquet team. A strong hotel sales background and knowledge of hospitality operations are valued, with opportunities for growth within our expanding

Qualifications

• Catering sales experience in a hotel is preferred.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• CMP designation a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan weddings, galas, fundraisers and other social functions.
• Meet and exceed revenue and proactive sales activity goals.
• Acquire referrals from existing accounts and clients.
• Prospect for new business through telemarketing and relationship building.
• Maintain well-documented, organized client and employer records.
• Develop strong customer relationships through frequent communication.
• Follow up on all customer needs and inquiries promptly.
• Focus on revenue-producing activities and maximize selling time.
• Participate in community and trade organizations to boost exposure.
• Produce and distribute hotel communications (BEOs, resumes) on deadlines.
• Work with Banquet Manager and Banquet Captains to ensure service.
• Greet customers at events and coordinate with Event Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
