Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Digital Product Owner – Website to lead the roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day optimization of the public-facing site. You will translate business vision into technical requirements, set delivery quality standards, and ensure regulatory alignment across stakeholders.

You will partner with web strategy, content teams, legal/compliance, and brand to drive SEO, performance, and user experience improvements while mentoring junior team members and shaping the program

Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor's).
• 5–7+ Years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or digital product/platform ownership for a public-facing website.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO, AEO, web analytics tools; regulated-industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Adobe Workfront (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders on content strategy and UX.
• Monitor site performance metrics and prioritize backlog items.
• Confirm regulatory and editorial requirements before publication.
• Lead requirements gathering on epics and document story details.
• Define KPI's and goals for complex product offerings.
• Translate business vision into technical requirements for product development.
• Gather and prioritize complex product requirements with stakeholders.
• Make prioritization decisions on product backlog across development cycles.
