Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Web Experience & Growth to own the corporate website as a core revenue product. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Growth and Web Conversion, you will oversee the strategy, roadmap, and platform health of Bentley’s digital footprint.

You will bridge marketing, design, and engineering, managing the Optimizely CMS and experimentation ecosystem, and partnering with CRO and Discoverability to deliver high-converting experiences that

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management, with 3+ years owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms.
• Deep hands-on experience managing Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• B2B enterprise tech experience with complex buying journeys and self-service purchasing.
• Proven PLG or direct online sales experience with strong commercial sense.
• Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and frontend tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the corporate website to accelerate traffic and revenue growth.
• Conduct business impact analyses and build compelling business cases for platform investments.
• Own the web product vision and roadmap, ensuring architecture supports growth targets.
• Drive component library strategy using Optimizely CMS for reusable blocks and templates.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Oversee platform governance, performance, and security for fast, stable web properties.
• Act as product owner for the engineering pod; write user stories and manage sprints.
• Explore AI opportunities to streamline backlog management, technical specs, and testing.
• Collaborate with Marketing & CRO to enable complex A/B tests, personalization, and SEO requirements.
• Translate updates into clear business narratives for executive leadership to secure investment.
• Work with UX/UI and engineering to deliver high-quality code on time.
