Job summary

PDM is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Experience to lead the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of the company’s digital presence. You will own website strategy, UX, SEO, analytics, and digital performance, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, IT, and external agencies.

The role requires extensive WordPress management experience in B2B technology or industrial sectors, with a track record in driving conversions and lead generation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on WordPress experience managing enterprise websites.
7+ years of digital marketing experience.
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO platforms.
Experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Understanding of CRM integration (Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred).

Responsibilities

Own website strategy and roadmap.
Lead optimization of user experience, navigation, and site performance.
Develop digital experiences that support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Partner with executive leadership to expand into new markets and launch products.
Manage website governance and documentation.
