Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Web Experience & Growth to treat the corporate website as a core revenue-generating product. Reporting to the Director of Digital Growth, you will own the product vision and roadmap for the .com footprint.

You’ll manage Optimizely CMS and testing infrastructure, partner with CRO, UX, and engineering, and lead an Agile pod to deliver fast, high‑impact web features that drive traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management for enterprise software.
• Proven experience owning Optimizely CMS & Web Experimentation.
• Strong PLG and high-volume online sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the corporate website.
• Own platform architecture, features, and performance with a focus on revenue growth.
• Collaborate with CRO, UX, design, and engineering to deliver high‑quality web features.
• Prioritize backlog based on commercial value and feasibility.
• Lead Agile delivery as product owner for the engineering pod.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to backlog management and testing.
