Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Senior Web Strategy & Digital Experience Lead to define and drive complex global web experiences for major consumer-product launches. You will establish the web vision, success metrics, and a prioritized roadmap while coordinating across content, design, engineering, analytics, and ecommerce partners.

You will balance customer experience, business outcomes, and executive priorities, guiding A/B testing, AI-enabled personalization, and governance.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in web strategy, digital product management, ecommerce, or related discipline.
• Experience owning web strategy for complex consumer products or global digital experiences.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, page strategy, journeys, funnels, attribution, and conversion.
• Strong knowledge of web-design principles, accessibility, usability, and Core Web Vitals.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end web strategy for major product, portfolio, and feature launches.
• Establish the vision, metrics, operating model, and measurable business outcomes for web initiatives.
• Translate data into recommendations for roadmaps, positioning, naming, and investment.
• Develop executive-ready narratives linking web insights to business decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across content, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and commerce.
