Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, a full-service automotive marketing agency, seeks a Website Performance Manager to own website performance for dealer clients. You will transition from reactive support to proactive product delivery, handling inquiries, triaging issues, and driving retention with revenue- and customer-focused enhancements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive management.
• Understanding dealership operations; able to work with all levels within the dealership.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Self-motivated, proactive; able to work in a team.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website analytics and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities.
• Responsible for a full and/or complex account load.
• Speak with customers to articulate user problems and triage bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with customers including KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities.
• Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and deadlines to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs and track cases.
• Drive portfolio growth via upsell, expansion and upgrades.
• Retain external clients by managing progress and results across accounts.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to support both reactive and proactive service.
• Provide site performance and enhancement recommendations.
