Job summary

Team Velocity seeks a Website Performance Manager to own the website relationship for automotive dealer clients. You will shift from reactive to proactive, defining the vision and delivery of website products, and will respond to inquiries quickly to drive retention and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have automotive digital marketing/agency/retail management experience, strong knowledge of dealership operations, and proficiency in website strategy, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 2–3 years' progressive automotive digital strategy/retail management experience
• Understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing)
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills
• Customer service and relationship management capabilities
• Self-starter, proactive, team player
• Salesforce knowledge
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities
• Speak with customers to understand and articulate user problems and triage issues
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities provided by the customer
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines to customers
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs and track cases
• Drive portfolio growth via upsell, expansion, upgrades
• Manage accounts to ensure external client retention
• Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to support both reactive and proactive service
• Provide site performance and enhancement recommendations
