Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing seeks a Website Performance Manager to own relationships with automotive dealer clients and drive proactive website strategy and delivery. You will transform reactive support into proactive improvements, focusing on retention and revenue-enhancing features.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing or agency experience, with strong knowledge of dealership operations and website strategy. Remote role with Eastern/Central US hours preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years' progressive automotive digital strategy or retail management experience.
• Understanding dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership, required.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads).
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities.
• Manage a full and/or complex account load.
• Speak with customers to understand and articulate user problems and triage issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with customers, including KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and priorities.
• Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities and timelines with customers, guiding expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive growth via upsell and expansions.
• Maintain external client retention by managing accounts effectively.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to support both reactive and proactive service.
• Provide recommendations for site performance and enhancements.
