Job summary

Team Velocity is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own client relationships for automotive dealer sites. You will drive proactive website strategy, resolve issues quickly, and identify revenue and growth opportunities while maintaining client happiness.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing/retail management experience and strong knowledge of website strategy, SEO, and analytics. Remote role within US time zones; Eastern/central preferred.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs are the driving force behind every priority, decision, and activity.
• Speak with customers to understand and articulate user problems that Team Velocity is uniquely positioned to solve, while triaging and prioritizing bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with your customer to ensure a healthy and satisfied relationship. Reporting capabilities include, KPIs (engagement rates, lead submissions, and behavior), Google Analytics, SEO, and priorities and expectations provided by the customer.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Speak with customers to understand user problems and triage bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities.
• Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and guidance to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs and track cases.
• Drive portfolio growth via upsell and upgrades to increase lifetime value.
• Manage accounts to retain clients across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support dealer needs and provide streamlined service.
• Provide recommendations on site performance and enhancements.
