Job summary

Ppl3 is building security technology for Web3 and is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive North American growth. You will own a strong pipeline, run targeted outbound programs, and collaborate with senior enterprise sales to close meaningful opportunities.

This role rewards initiative and independence; you’ll research financial institutions, exchanges, and crypto projects, engage security and engineering stakeholders, and help shape deals from outreach through to close.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or pipeline generation.
• Proven ability to generate your own opportunities.
• Ideally experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech or crypto.
• Strong interest in crypto, DeFi and blockchain security.
• Excellent written communication and prospecting skills.
• Commercially minded, analytical and capable of working independently.
• You don't need to be a seasoned enterprise salesperson, but you do need to be proactive, resourceful and capable of opening doors.

Responsibilities

• Building pipeline across financial institutions, exchanges, protocols and other crypto businesses
• Running targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events and ecosystem channels
• Identifying opportunities through funding rounds, security incidents and product launches
• Engaging senior stakeholders across security, engineering, risk and compliance
• Supporting enterprise deals with research, business cases and competitive analysis
• Managing and closing smaller deals independently
