Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in web operations, digital marketing operations, business operations, project coordination, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise, agency, digital, or consumer-facing environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience working with multiple business units and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support website operations, digital campaign execution, reporting, and process optimization across multiple initiatives.
