Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced Web Operations & Production Analyst to support digital experiences across a growing portfolio of web properties. The role focuses on production, content publishing, QA, and process improvement within the VAS Marketing organization.

The ideal candidate has strong CMS experience (AEM), project management skills, and a proactive approach to automation and AI-enabled workflows, reporting to the Director of Digital for VAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with enterprise CMS and digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Author, publish, maintain, and QA web content using Adobe Experience Manager and related CMSs.
• Coordinate and support digital projects across cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
• Manage project workflows, timelines, and dependencies using Wrike or similar tools.
• Drive operational accountability and momentum within the VAS Digital Team.
• Develop scalable documentation, templates, and governance for web operations.
