Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Digital Experience Specialist to shape how millions of visitors discover, explore, and convert on zoom.com. You will audit pages, draft compelling copy, optimize for SEO, and contribute to templates and governance for 30+ product pages, working closely with marketing, product, design, SEO, and web engineering teams.

You’ll build performance dashboards in Amplitude, analyze results, and participate in A/B testing programs to improve user journeys for both SMB and enterprise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web content strategy, conversion rate optimization, or related field.
• Experience turning data into actionable UX and content improvements.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize product pages, landing pages, and conversion paths using Amplitude data.
• Review pages for scannability, narrative clarity, and CTA effectiveness with structured observations.
• Draft, edit, and QA web copy across hero headlines, CTAs, meta descriptions, and FAQs.
• Build and maintain Amplitude dashboards to track page-level metrics and experiment outcomes.
• Support design, launch, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Execute on-page SEO priorities including keyword mapping and internal linking.
• Contribute to scalable page templates and governance for 30+ product pages.
• Map and analyze visitor journeys for SMB and enterprise audiences to improve content hierarchy.
