RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own daily CMS operations across multiple brands and ensure quality, accessibility, and performance. You will coordinate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand, Content, and Tech teams to translate business needs into reliable web experiences without duplicating paid-media ownership.

The role requires HTML/CSS proficiency, strong project management, and experience with modern CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for diagnosing frontend issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console for site analytics.
• Strong PM and stakeholder-management skills in multi-brand environments.
• Experience in B2B software, healthcare, edtech, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with consent-management, tag-management, or form integrations.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day CMS administration, pages, templates, components, permissions, and publishing workflows.
• Prioritize website requests across lines of business and plan release schedules.
• Lead QA and release readiness including accessibility, links, forms, and tracking.
• Monitor site health, performance, redirects, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements clearly.
• Handle campaign tracking, consent management, and landing page tests.
• Create governance docs and reusable processes for teams and partners.
• Use analytics and site-health tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
