RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. The role reports to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations and requires hands-on CMS administration, publishing, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on website management experience with WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or Contentful, plus strong HTML/CSS and analytics skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose common front-end, template, form, and integration issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, page performance, and release QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in multi-brand environments.
• Experience in B2B software, healthcare, education technology, or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting consent-management tools or tag-management implementations.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines; translate needs into plans and release schedules.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain website forms and integrations; document requirements for developers.
• Implement campaign tracking and landing-page tests in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Identify issues and opportunities with analytics and site-health tools; share recommendations.
