Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own daily operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. You will manage CMS, intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness with partners across Performance Marketing and Creative teams.

The role requires hands-on CMS expertise, HTML/CSS knowledge, and strong project management to deliver consistent, accessible web experiences for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful) or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and QA of releases.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.).
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and structure.
• Manage intake/prioritization for website requests across lines of business and translate needs into plans and release schedules.
• Build/update pages and landing pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness including content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with marketing teams.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and Site tools to identify issues and provide concise recommendations.
