Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Must hold FINRA Series 7 & 66; 9/10 required within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit, source and attract Advisor talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors delivering a high level of service.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and develop talent strategies.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to offer integrated solutions.
• Drive technology adoption to meet customer needs and uphold diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational aspects for the territory.
• Promote a culture of risk and control and safeguard customers and business.
• Proactively identify solutions and execute with urgency.
