Qualifications

5+ years of Advisor management experience and proven coaching of high-performing teams.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 required; Series 9/10 required within 60 days of hire.
Strong investment services knowledge and client-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Financial Advisors serving a broad client base.
Recruit, source, and attract Advisor talent; develop performance strategies.
Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending partners for holistic solutions.
Leverage technology to enhance the customer experience and maintain a risk-aware culture.
Oversee day-to-day supervisory and operational aspects within the territory.
