• 5+ years of Advisor management experience and proven coaching of high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 required; Series 9/10 required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong investment services knowledge and client-oriented mindset.
