Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience with a track record of coaching high-performing Advisor teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 required plus Series 9/10 within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit internal and external Advisor talent; strong market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for our customers and drive a customer-obsessed culture.
• Identify opportunities to attract Advisors and develop existing teams.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to offer integrated solutions.
• Influence technology adoption to meet customer needs and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day supervisory and operational aspects for a designated territory.
• Create a risk-aware culture and protect customers and the business.
• Proactively identify solutions with entrepreneurial drive and urgency.
