J.P. Morgan Chase Wealth Management seeks a Market Director of Wealth to lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will promote a customer-obsessed culture and drive integration with partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of advisor management, active FINRA licenses, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and you will operate within a regulated, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience required, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7, 66 is required.
• A valid and active FINRA Series 9/10 is required and must be obtained or retained within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent by building networks.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market awareness.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong risk & controls discipline.
• This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, with offers contingent on background review.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to service a wide range of clients from new savers to high-net-worth individuals.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors; coach, develop and promote talent.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide comprehensive client solutions.
• Leverage technology to meet customer needs and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative and supervisory tasks to meet strategic objectives for a territory.
• Foster a risk-aware culture and ensure controls are in place to protect clients and the business.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and timely execution of initiatives.
