Formación

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience with a track record of developing high-performing Advisor teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Valid FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) required.
• Valid FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required and must be obtained or retained within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract internal and external Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services and product knowledge with keen market interest.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong risk and controls awareness.
