Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Market Director of Wealth to lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will drive recruitment, coaching and collaboration across branches to provide best-in-class investment solutions and protection of client assets. The role requires strong communication, risk management, and a client-first mindset, with up-to-date licenses and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required and must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external Advisor talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to service a wide range of clients.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and coach performance.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to offer comprehensive solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet customer needs now and in the future; promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative and supervisory responsibilities for a territory to meet strategic goals.
• Establish a culture of risk and control to protect clients and the business.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial initiative and urgency in driving results.
