Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Market Director of Wealth in Wealth Management to lead a team of Financial Advisors, delivering exceptional client experiences and building deep client relationships.

You will drive recruitment, coaching and performance, partnering with branch and home lending teams to offer integrated financial solutions and promote a customer-obsessed culture. The role requires travel, strong leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of investment products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Advisor management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Valid and active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent).
• Valid and active FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) and must be obtained/retained within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services and product acumen.

• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending partners.

• Create a culture of risk and controls to safeguard customers and business.
• Proactively identify solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit and urgency.
