JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Market Director of Wealth within Wealth Management to lead a team of Financial Advisors and build deep client relationships across a broad client base.

You will drive talent strategies, partner with branches and lending groups, and promote a culture focused on exceptional service and customer obsession. The role requires travel, strong investment knowledge, and leadership in risk and controls.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 required or equivalent.
• FINRA Series 9/10 required within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to serve a wide client base.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide integrated solutions.
• Promote customer-obsessed culture and exceptional service standards.
• Drive use of technology to meet today’s and future client needs.
• Manage day-to-day administrative and supervisory activities for the territory.
