Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience with a proven coaching track record.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 required; Series 9/10 must be obtained/retained within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent and build networks.
• Strong investment services knowledge and keen market interest.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and risk management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors across a designated territory.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and develop performance strategies.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide integrated solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet customer needs and uphold a customer-obsessed culture.
• Manage day-to-day administration, supervision, and operations to achieve objectives.
• Foster a culture of risk and control to safeguard customers and the business.
• Demonstrate initiative and entrepreneurial spirit in driving results.
