Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic track record.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed before interviewing; Series 7 and 63 sponsored and completed within timeframe.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability with learning new technologies, processes and tools.
• Experience or familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-driven solutions preferred.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Develop digital and targeted client outreach, including social media and website content.
• Create structured communication cadences to increase client touchpoints and deepen relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives, communicating value of advisor partnerships.
• Apply financial planning tools to gather data, build plans, and communicate results clearly.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and onboarding processes.
• Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and investment/insurance solutions.
• Create and present business insights and best practices to FAs and leadership.
