Morgan Stanley is offering a Wealth Management Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA) Program in Alpharetta, GA, designed to develop future financial professionals through hands-on experience with top Financial Advisors. The two-year-plus program includes licensing, training, and exposure to multiple roles within wealth management.

Participants gain experience in client engagement, digital outreach, planning, and reporting, with in-person work across six locations including Alpharetta.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools.
• Comfort with data/metrics and numerical information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies.
• Develop structured communication cadences to deepen client relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and provide tactical recommendations.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and promote the value of advisor partnerships.
• Apply financial planning tools to gather client information and build analyze plans.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and support end-to-end onboarding.
• Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and investment/insurance solutions.
• Create and present business insights (reports/readouts) for FAs and leadership.
