Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing; Firm sponsorship of Series 7 and 63 exams provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability with new technologies, processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Develop and execute digital and targeted client outreach, including social media and website content.
• Create structured communication cadences to increase client touchpoints and deepen relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and provide tactical recommendations.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions.
• Apply financial planning tools to gather client information, build/analyze plans, and communicate results.
