Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed before interviewing.
• Series 7 and 63 licensing sponsorship provided and due for completion in timeframe.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to align client engagement with growth goals.
• Develop digital and targeted outreach strategies across channels.
• Create structured client communication cadences to deepen relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and explain advisor partnerships.
