Morgan Stanley in the United States is offering the Wealth Management Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA) Program, a two-year and three-month track designed to place you in roles supporting Financial Advisors across six offices, including Dallas. The program blends licensing, training, and hands-on experience.

You will gain exposure to client engagement, digital outreach, financial planning tools, and workplace initiatives while earning a base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• SIE exam completed prior to interviewing; Series 7 and 63 sponsorship provided.
• Experience is asset but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand goals and tailor engagement strategies.
• Build and execute digital client outreach, including content and campaigns.
• Develop structured communication cadences to deepen relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and onboarding processes.
• Apply financial planning tools to gather client information and build plans.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and onboarding processes.
• Create and present business insights for FAs and leadership.
