Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA) Program invites high-potential candidates to start a two-year training path in a leading global financial institution.

Participants rotate into roles such as Client Engagement Associate, Financial Planning Associate, Workplace Engagement Associate, or Wealth Solutions Associate, gaining licensing, training, and hands-on experience across wealth management and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• SIE exam completed; Series 7 & 63 sponsorship provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong numerical ability and analytical mindset.
• Comfort with data/metrics and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to support growth goals.
• Develop digital and targeted client outreach campaigns.
• Create structured client communication cadences.
• Analyze client relationships to identify opportunities.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and onboarding.
