Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA) Program invites candidates to join a two-year and three-month structured path beginning in 2027, designed to build a foundation across wealth management and client engagement.

You will work with top Financial Advisors in a non-remotely structured environment in six locations, gaining licensing, training, and broad exposure to digital tools and advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic success.
• SIE exam completed prior to interviewing; Series 7 and 63 sponsorship provided and must be completed within the timeframe.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies, processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Develop structured client outreach strategies including social media and targeted communications.
• Create cadences to increase meaningful client touchpoints and deepen relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and deliver recommendations.
