Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a proven track record of academic success.
• SIE exam completed prior to interviewing; sponsorship for Series 7 and 63 provided and requires completion within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies (social media/website content; segmented campaigns).
• Develop structured communication cadences to increase client touchpoints and deepen relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and deliver tactical recommendations.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and communicate value of advisor partnerships to workplace participants.
• Apply financial planning tools to gather client information, build/analyze plans, and communicate results clearly.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and assist end-to-end onboarding for adoption of capabilities.
• Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and investments/insurance solutions.
• Create and present business insights for FAs and leadership; share best practices to improve strategy.
