Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers to support account services and meeting prep.
• Educate clients on account services and online tools.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote client retention.
• Collect documentation for new accounts, changes, or closures.
• Process service requests with proper paperwork and data entry.
• Prepare client reports and materials for meetings and audits.
• Maintain up-to-date client information in CRM systems.
