Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Senior Client Services Specialist to meet the servicing needs of large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients. You will manage depository, loan, and treasury management services while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional client satisfaction.

The role requires handling onboarding, wire transfers, and complex servicing requests with minimal supervision and strong teamwork with RMs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client service within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of banking products and services, especially loan servicing, depository, and treasury management.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in loan/depository systems and banking software for processing transactions.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills with reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention and satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding new clients by opening and processing all account types, products, and services.
• Handle loan servicing tasks including advances, pay-downs, statements, and related items.
• Coordinate with Electronic Banking and Treasury Management on onboarding and training.
• Complete customer profiles and KYC/EDD status, perform searches and OFAC checks.
• Maintain data linkage for analysis and reporting; support pipeline management.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers, internal transfers, stop payments, and check transactions.
• Ensure regulatory excellence by collecting approvals, satisfying BSA/EDD requests, and KYCs.
