Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients. You will deliver depository, loan, and treasury management services with precision and regulatory awareness.

The role requires handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with other teams, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client relationships and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service experience in financial services.
• Expertise in loan servicing, depository, and treasury management products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Proficient with loan/depository systems and banking software.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients by promptly addressing service requests and inquiries.
• Onboard new clients, opening and processing accounts and services.
• Handle domestic and international wire transfers and related items.
• Coordinate onboarding with Electronic Banking and Treasury Management.
• Complete KYC/EDD updates and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate client data, documentation, and account profiles.
• Escalate unresolved issues to RM or Supervisor.
