Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks a Senior Client Services Specialist to support large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients with depository, loan, and treasury management services. The role requires strong banking knowledge and the ability to manage complex requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of client service experience in financial services.
• Expertise in loan servicing, depository, and treasury management products.
• Proficient in loan/depository systems and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention by promptly addressing service requests and inquiries.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts with required documentation.
• Process loan servicing tasks including advances, pay-downs, statements, and related items.
• Coordinate with RMs and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
