You will assist with onboarding new clients, cash/non-cash movements, and maintenance of client accounts, collaborating with Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers.

The role encompasses KYC maintenance, client reporting support, and collaboration on compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of client service experience in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of wealth and banking products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support with portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance.
• Educate clients on account services, online banking, and paperless options.
• Assist Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers to promote client retention and onboarding.
