Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of trust administration, financial services or accounting experience.
• 2-4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of wealth management regulations & custodial platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Services and Support team with daily oversight and development.
• Oversee onboarding, accounts setup, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Direct operational execution of fund release and related transactions with Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across operations and internal standards.
• Maintain audit readiness and prepare responses for audits.
• Coordinate vendor and technology relationships to resolve issues.
