City National Bank is seeking a Wealth Management Services Specialist Senior in Florida to support Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers with onboarding, account maintenance, and client service. The role emphasizes compliance, operations, and client communications to ensure a smooth experience.

You will assist with cash/non-cash movements, preparation of client reports, and maintenance of CRM data while coordinating with teams to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 2-4 years of client service experience, preferably in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of wealth and banking products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers to provide service and support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and client/prospect meeting preparation.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g., reading statements, using Online Services, paperless options).
• Provide excellent customer service to promote client retention.
• Collect documentation to set up new accounts, close accounts, and make changes to accounts.
• Process account service requests and ensure documentation.
• Input data into Financial Planning tools as needed.
• Input orders and complete associated paperwork.
• Assist in preparation of client reports and materials for meetings, and create reports for senior management.
• Maintain contact management systems with up-to-date client information.
• Establish/maintain client account files.
• Prepare correspondence to clients, co-executors, guardians and others.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from clients.
• Collaborate with Trust Officers/Wealth Advisors on information release and funds.
• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure prompt payment of bills and taxes.
• Track daily transactions and process incoming funds.
• Set up one-time or recurring payments and ensure tax coding.
• Conduct account reviews and audits; maintain regulatory standards.
• Perform KYC reviews for bank clients and assist with renewals.
• Support marketing efforts and client events.
• Assist with onboarding new team members.
• Maintain risk-awareness and regulatory knowledge.
