City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients with depository, loan, and treasury management services. The role emphasizes timely, accurate service delivery and regulatory adherence.

The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and independent work style in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client service in a financial services environment.
• In-depth expertise in loan servicing, depository, and treasury management products.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient with loan/depository systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure client retention and satisfaction by promptly addressing all service requests and inquiries.
• Initiate outreach to clients to provide exceptional service in line with policies.
• Independently handle loan servicing tasks (advances, pay-downs, statements, escrow, insurance).
• Onboard new clients by opening and processing all types of accounts and services.
• Coordinate onboarding status with Electronic Banking and Treasury Management teams.
• Complete KYC/EDD and regulatory requirements during onboarding and ongoing maintenance.
