City National Bank of Florida seeks a Client Services Specialist to support large Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Private Client Group clients with depository, loan, and Treasury Management services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client service.
• In-depth expertise in banking products and services, specializing in loan servicing, depository, and treasury management products.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment, while ensuring client satisfaction through effective task management.
• Proficient in utilizing loan/depository systems and banking software for processing transactions, managing client accounts, and resolving system issues.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with excellent reporting and data-analysis capabilities.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex banking concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring client retention and satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and inquiries.
• Initiates outreach to clients to provide exceptional service while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Independently handles loan servicing requests, including advances, pay-downs, statements, billing issues, insurance, escrows, and related items.
• Manages onboarding of new clients by opening and processing all account types, products, and services.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for client servicing and maintains knowledge of the relationship across deposit, loan, and treasury management products.
• Ensures regulatory excellence by obtaining proper approvals and completing necessary KYC/EDR processes; coordinates with RMs on onboarding and updates.
• Completes Reg E disputes, fraud checks, and other transactions in line with CNB P&P.
• Maintains and organizes client files and documents, coordinates with other departments, and supports cross-selling of bank products.
• Supports RM dashboards and pipeline management, coordinates payoffs/releases, fee waivers, and monitors maturing loans and covenants.
• Collects, reviews, and uploads loan-required ticklers and other loan-condition documents.
