Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Wealth Management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies across social networks and referrals.
• Act as strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and assessments.
• Negotiate offers with well-justified compensation terms and relocation packages.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Monitor competitive hiring activity to keep recruitment approaches current.
