Qualifications

• Direct sourcing using LinkedIn and social channels to engage passive candidates.
• Consultative recruiting model advising senior stakeholders on strategy.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex compensation packages (base/bonus/relocation).
• Strong leadership and project management to manage multiple requisitions.
• Clear written and verbal communication to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Wealth Management, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Develop proactive direct sourcing strategies across social media, networks and referrals.
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence and candidate assessments.
• Negotiate offers, including complex compensation and relocation terms.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders with timely updates and feedback.
• Monitor competitor hiring activity to align with market trends.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and risk controls.
