TSRTSR is seeking a Senior Recruiting Lead, Wealth Management to drive end-to-end recruitment for front-office roles. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, while advising hiring managers on market conditions and competitiveness.

The role emphasizes proactive direct sourcing via social platforms, network engagement, and candidate assessments, with a focus on complex compensation and relocation discussions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of talent acquisition experience in large or complex environments.
• Proficiency in direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media outreach to engage passive candidates.
• Experience in a consultative recruiting model advising senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and evaluation.
• Knowledge of compensation components such as base, bonus, and relocation, with ability to negotiate offers.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with disciplined project management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Wealth Management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across social media, professional networks, and referrals for front office roles.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, candidate assessments, and guidance on hiring approaches.
• Recommend and negotiate offers, including complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and structured feedback.
• Research competitor hiring activity and market trends to inform recruiting strategy.
• Ensure adherence to hiring policies, compliance standards, and best practices, escalating risk or control concerns as required.
