Competenze

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 must be obtained or retained within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit, source and attract internal and external Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market acumen.
• Excellent communication and risk-management focus.
