Responsibilities

• Investigate claims, assess coverage and actuary reserves.
• Manage files to timely resolution and return-to-work strategies.
• Coordinate with Medical Case Manager and specialists for optimal outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and pursue subrogation when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of WC laws and policy terms.
