The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a senior Workers' Compensation claims leader in California to guide a team of professionals and drive performance aligned with Travelers' vision.

You will recruit, mentor and manage staff, review performance, and implement training and succession plans to deliver high-quality claims handling while controlling costs and improving customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years claim work experience in at least one line of business.
• Claim management experience.
